The cabin is newly built and professionally decorated, with a king bed, a double-sided fireplace, hardwood floors, and large windows framing the pines. Upper deck patio lights make it a quiet spot for stargazing, and the sheltered porch is set up for dining outside with only the sound of the woods around you.
Yes. Pines & Coffee Cabin has an in-ground hot tub you can soak in under the stars. The lower deck also has a crackling fireplace and a jacuzzi, so you can stay warm outdoors on cool Broken Bow evenings, and there is a smart TV inside if you would rather stream by the fire.
The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests and is best suited to couples or a small group. Maximum occupancy is set by fire and septic codes as well as our insurance, so please book for the true number in your party. Children and infants are welcome.
Dogs are welcome, up to a maximum of 3. The fee is $150 for the first dog and $35 for each additional dog. We ask that dogs stay off the furniture, that any accidents indoors are reported, and that your dog is kenneled if you leave them at the cabin while you are out. Damage caused by pets is charged to the owner.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arrival is contactless: our SmartLock system gives you a personalized access code, so there is no key exchange and no waiting on anyone to meet you. Your code and directions arrive with your pre-arrival details.
Yes. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be staying with the party for the whole reservation. All guests are also asked to agree to the rental agreement before the booking is confirmed.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors, and smoke detectors are installed throughout. You are welcome to smoke outside as long as materials are fully extinguished and disposed of properly. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours begin at 10 pm nightly so every guest in the area can enjoy the calm.
