It is. The cabin sits beside a clear creek under tall pines, with a wrap-around deck where you can hear the water and watch for wildlife. You can hike along the creek, fish it, nap in the hammock, or play cornhole on the lawn without leaving the property.
The open living area has leather sofas, a stone fireplace, a smart TV, and big windows looking into the forest. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking, with a dining table for family meals. Also included are WiFi, Roku TVs, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, and free on-site parking.
Yes, dogs are welcome, up to 3 per stay, with a pet fee applied to your reservation. We ask that dogs stay off the furniture and are kenneled if left at the cabin while you are out, and any damage caused by a pet is charged to the owner.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arrival is contactless through our SmartLock system, so you receive a personalized door code with your pre-arrival details and let yourself in whenever you land.
The primary renter must be 25 or older and stay with the party. Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors, parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours start at 10 pm. Please observe local burn bans, turn off the propane after grilling, and put out candles and fireplaces before leaving the cabin.
Beavers Bend State Park is close by for kayaking, hiking, and wildlife, and Ouachita National Forest is within reach for a longer day out. For food and drink, guests head to Grateful Head Pizza and the local wineries and breweries around Hochatown.
